Our charges for Residential Conveyancing are based on the value of the property you are buying or selling.

The table below sets out our charges for transactions up to 500000. For transactions above that figure please contact a member of the Team for bespoke advice

In some cases there will be work required which will incur an additional fee. We will advise you if this applies either at the start of the matter, when we know the details of the actual property, or as soon as possible during the transaction if the information available to us changes.  The details of the likely types of additional work are set out below.

In additon to our fees, there may be a requirement to carry out various searches as required either by you or by your mortgage lender, your transaction will attract Land Registration fees and may attract Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)  or Land Transaction Tax (Welsh Property)

How Long does it take?

We would expect most residential conveyancing matters to complete within eight weeks but this is often dependent on progress with other properties in a "chain" , over which neither you nor ourselves have control
