As we move into a further revision of the regulations managing the coronavirus pandemic, we have carried out a further risk assessment of our operations and as a result, and going forward from the 19th July 2021 we will be operating as follows.
All our staff will be operating with full access to the office premises and contactable through our reception desks.
Our reception areas will be open and we will be able to arrange to meet you at any of our offices. Whilst the legislation governing social distancing etc has been withdrawn we would ask that you show respect for our colleagues and other clients and if possible:-
Make an appointment before you attend the office - this prevents too many people gathering in reception.
If there will be more than 2 of you attending a meeting, please make our reception staff aware of this so that an appropriate room can be reserved.
Please maintain an appropriate distance between yourself and our members of staff.
Unless there is good reason, please wear a face covering when entering the office and whilst in the reception area. Once the meeting has convened, our staff will consider the appropriate requirements for setting out the room and for face covering .
Please continue to observe appropriate hand cleansing.
If necessary we will attend your home for a meeting, if you are comfortable with this. We would ask that, if possible, there is appropriate space for our staff to be comfortable and that ventilation is used in the rooms.
Our staff will wear a face covering unless invited to remove it by you
If you are self- isolating, or have displayed any symptoms of Coronavirus, please do not attend any meeting with our staff. Contact reception and arrangements will be made to re schedule .
We have put together this package of measures based on the fact that, locally, there are still rising numbers of infection cases and a lower than average take up of vaccination. We therefore feel that it is important to continue to retain a covid secure environment at our offices to protect both our staff and our clients.

Please maintain appropriate distancing from others when inside the offices.
