Under the current National Regulations we are advised that our business can still operate and that, where necessary, the offices can be open. Meetings can take place with clients and attending such meetings will be considered to be a reason for clients to leave home.
WE are also able to attend client meetings your home in cases of vulnerable persons or in circumstances that may affect health and welfare. These visits will be subject to an assessment prior to the visit to ensure the safety of both the client and our staff members.
May we remind you that meetings at the office continue to be by appointment only and that we can only accommodate a maximum of two people to ensure appropriate social distancing and these should be from the same household or support bubble. If need to call at the office to drop off documents, or deal with ID requirements PLEASE CONTACT OUR RECEPTION BEFORE YOU ARRIVE otherwise our reception staff may not be able to admit you if we have no appropriate space available to ensure the safety of clients and our staff.
Please ensure that you bring a face covering with you and wear it throughout your visit
