whilst the situation regarding the Coronavirus outbreak remains a fast-moving scenario, the present situation so far as we are concerned is that all our staff are available to take calls and deal with client enquiries.
There are some matters particularly within the conveyancing department where specific issues relating to the performance of contracts is an issue if this is impaired by the indisposition of one or other party. Your Conveyancer will have to interpret the contract and advise as to the remedies that may be appropriate.
Our Private Client Team is available to attend for home visits where clients are not able to easily attend the office. This is currently subject to a risk assessment to ensure that neither the client nor our staff are put at increased risk of infection. This will be carried out by telephone prior to confirming the meeting.
Clients may still attend the office for meetings. We ask you to respect the present public health advice regarding hygiene. WE will take steps to ensure that meeting rooms are cleaned between meetings and you may be directed to hand gel washes before meeting with members of staff and handling documents .
