Further to the decision to operate a closed door policy for visitors to the office we are now working to ensure that we protect our own staff and their families . Where possible staff are either rotating their time in the office or are working away from the office . We have messaging systems in place to ensure that your phone calls and emails are all monitored and will be responded to. This may initially be a message advising that you will be called back . This may be from a phone that you do not recognise!
All matters are being monitored and prioritised depending on the type of matter and the circumstances of the client.
