Corona Virus Update 6

As we all try to adapt to the "new normal" we are now taking steps to allow clients to visit the offices for appointments. This will take effect from Monday 15th June 2020 and coincide with the extension of opening of shops and other offices. We are continuing the offer to meet clients at home for the purpose of discussing Wills and Powers of Attorney but we appreciate that this is not always appropriate.

We have taken steps to ensure that we can host meetings at all three of our offices whist maintaining social distancing and also ensuring that we can respect confidentiality.

Please discuss your requirements with the office before attending and bear in mind the following important points.

We are not able to host a meeting without prior appointment - we only have a limited number of suitable rooms and it would not be appropriate for clients to have to wait .

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your appointment time

We can only accommodate two persons per meeting - and these must be from the same household - we cannot "socially distance" clients in addition to our own staff.

The office doors may be locked - if you have an appointment please call the office from your phone when you arrive and our reception staff will confirm your appointment and arrange access.

If you have accessibility requirements, please discuss these with the office so that we can be appropriately prepared.
