We are delighted to announce that we have today been awarded membership of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, after a rigourous evaluation by the Law Society. The scheme aims to promote a high standard of work and client care for the benefit of clients of the firm.
Peter Wilkinson, the Team Leader for or Residential Conveyancing Team said "we are delighted to have achieved recognition in this scheme. The standards required mean that clients can be certain that the work that is being done for them is undertaken by qualified and experienced staff who can properly explain the work that is being carried out. Communication with the client should be clear and issues such as the likely costs involved should be transparent"
