Terri Naughton

Terri graduated from the Leeds Metropolitan University in 2006 with a Law Degree and returned to University to complete the Legal Practice Course. She completed her legal training at a local firm before joining Smith Sutcliffe Solicitors in October 2011.

Terri specialises in Family and Matrimonial law with particular emphasis on:

• Divorce, Judicial Separation and Nullity proceedings;
• Resolving Matrimonial finances;
• Arrangements concerning children ie. disputes between parents, grandparents and other carers involving Residence, Contact (Access), Specific Issues and Change of Name; and
• Domestic Violence and Abuse proceedings for Injunction orders.

She is based primarily at our Padiham office.
