Simon Dakers
Simon became a Partner in the firm in April 2001 having qualified as a solicitor in 1998.
Simon undertakes all aspects of Family and Matrimonial law including :
Divorce, Judicial Separation and Nullity proceedings;
Resolving Matrimonial finances;
Proceedings concerning children :
- Private law cases - disputes between parents concerning the arrangements for their children involving Residence, Contact and also representing the interests of children through their appointed Guardian;
- Public law cases - acting for parents and grandparents where Childrens proceedings are brought by a Local Authority. As a member of the Children Panel he also represents the interests of children through the children's Guardian.
Domestic Violence and Abuse proceedings for Injunction orders; and
Cohabitee disputes and claims.
He is also admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand
