Kelly Booth

Kelly graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2005 having completed a Law degree with Sociology and qualified as a Solicitor in August 2007.
Kelly specialises in Family and Matrimonial law with particular emphasis on:
- Divorce, Judicial Separation and Nullity proceedings;
- Resolving Matrimonial finances;
- Proceedings concerning children:
Private law cases involving family disputes between parents, grandparents and other carers concerning the arrangements for children
Public law cases where a Local Authority is involved in the care or supervision of a child and where the family wish to challenge the steps that the Authority wishes to take.
- Domestic Violence and Abuse proceedings including obtaining Injunctions and other Orders to protect victims.
Kelly has a real passion for helping the victims of domestic violence and abuse and is a Committee member of East Lancashire Women’s Refuge
Kelly also works closely with Safe Net, Sure Start Children’s Centres and the Independent Domestic Violence Advocates
