Amanda Hodgson

Amanda graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2003 with a Business Studies degree and returned to University in 2005 to study Law. Upon completion of her Common Professional Examination and Legal Practice Course she qualified as a Solicitor in June 2010.
Amanda specialises in Family and Matrimonial law with particular emphasis on:

Divorce, Judicial Separation and Nullity proceedings;

Resolving Matrimonial finances;

Arrangements concerning children ie. disputes between parents, grandparents and other carers involving Residence, Contact (Access), Specific Issues and Change of Name; and

Domestic Violence and Abuse proceedings for Injunction orders
Amanda works closely with Safe Net, East Lancashire Women’s Refuge, Sure Start Children’s Centres and the Independent Domestic Violence Advocates.
