Family Problems

Smith Sutcliffe has a dedicated Family and Matrimonial team of solicitors able to provide advice and assistance with all aspects of family problems.

We work closely with Safe Net, East Lancashire Women’s Refuge, Sure Start Children’s Centres, the Independent Domestic Violence Advocates and the Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service (Cafcass).

Appointments can be arranged at our offices or other venues to suit, for example, at home or at a Children’s Centre.

We offer an initial free interview so that we can listen to your problem and advise you of the best way forward.
